Dedicated Server Hosting
Dedicated servers for demanding workloads
Bare-metal servers reserved entirely for you — for databases, virtualization, hosting platforms and communications systems that need consistent performance.
Hardware options
Build the server your workload needs
Every dedicated server is a physical machine with no other tenants. Configurations are matched to your requirements and to stock available from our data-center partners.
Processors
Single or dual-processor servers, from entry-level to high core counts.
Memory
RAM configurations sized from small applications to large databases.
SSD & NVMe
Fast solid-state and NVMe storage, with HDD options for capacity.
RAID
RAID 1, 5 or 10 where available, to protect against disk failure.
Network & access
Connectivity, IPs and remote access
- Bandwidth: port speed and monthly transfer agreed per server
- IP addresses: IPv4 allocation subject to justification; IPv6 where available
- Operating systems: major Linux distributions; Windows Server where supported (licence extra)
- Remote management: out-of-band access (IPMI/KVM) and rescue mode where available
Security & resilience
Monitoring, security and recovery
- Hardware monitoring and replacement of failed components
- Network-level protection options discussed per location
- Optional backup and disaster-recovery services, where available
- Optional managed services, where available
Management
Unmanaged by default, help when you need it
Dedicated servers are delivered with your chosen operating system and full root or administrator access. You manage the software; we and our data-center partners look after hardware and network. If you need help with operating-system administration, ask about management options when you request a quote.
Pricing and deployment timelines depend on configuration, stock and location and are confirmed in your quote.
Suitable workloads
Where dedicated servers make sense
Business applications
ERP, CRM and internal systems.
Databases
Predictable I/O and memory for data workloads.
Virtualization
Run Proxmox, VMware or KVM on your own hardware.
Hosting platforms
Host many sites or customers on one machine.
Communications
Large PBX, softswitch, SBC and contact center systems.
Dedicated server FAQ
How is a dedicated server different from a VPS?
A dedicated server gives you the whole physical machine. A VPS is a virtual machine sharing a host with others. See our VPS vs dedicated guide.
Can I choose a specific CPU model?
Yes — describe it in the configurator and we will check availability with our partners.
Is the configurator live stock?
No. It uses example options to describe your requirements. We confirm hardware, stock and price in the quote.
What happens if hardware fails?
Failed components are replaced by the data-center team. RAID and backups reduce the risk of data loss; backups remain your responsibility unless you add a backup service.
