Our services are designed for businesses. Consumers are usually served by our reseller and retail-provider customers.
Wholesale & carriers
How do wholesale voice services work?
Your switch sends calls to our platform over a SIP interconnection. We route each call to a supplier for the destination based on your chosen route tier and bill per minute. Production traffic starts after onboarding and test calls.
How can a carrier request interconnection?
Submit the carrier inquiry form with your company details, traffic interests and destinations. We then share onboarding requirements, agree terms, exchange technical details and test before go-live.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium routes?
Standard routes are cost-optimised with quality checks; Premium routes prioritise quality for business and contact-center traffic. Definitions are confirmed in your rate sheet.
Which traffic is not allowed?
Fraudulent, unlawful or unsolicited traffic, including illegal robocalls, artificially inflated traffic and caller-ID spoofing.
DID & toll-free numbers
What is an international DID number?
A phone number in a specific country or city that delivers incoming calls to your VoIP system over the internet, so callers reach you with a local call.
What is a toll-free number?
A number that is free for the caller; the number holder pays per minute, with rates varying by country and by fixed or mobile origin.
What documents may be required for international numbers?
Depending on the country: name and business details, ID or passport, company registration, a local address in the number’s area, proof of address no older than six months, and a signed end-user registration form.
Can you show real-time number availability?
No. Our team checks availability with carriers after you submit a number inquiry.
Business telephony & contact centers
What is a hosted IP-PBX?
A business phone system that runs on our platform instead of hardware in your office, with extensions, IVR, voicemail, recording and reporting.
Which dialer modes are supported?
Preview, progressive and predictive dialing, configured within the laws that apply to your campaigns.
How does the reseller program work?
Approved resellers buy services from Alhaan LLC and sell them to their own customers at prices they set, using a reseller control panel to manage customers, rates and usage.
Hosting
Do you own data centers?
Our hosting is delivered through established data-center and infrastructure partners, with Alhaan LLC as your point of contact.
Are the VPS plans on the website available to order?
The plans shown are sample configurations. Request a quote for current specifications and pricing.
Is hosting managed?
Servers are unmanaged by default. Management options can be discussed where available.
