How do wholesale voice services work?
Your switch sends calls to our platform over an IP (SIP) interconnection. We route each call to a supplier for the destination based on the route tier you choose, and bill per minute. After onboarding and test calls, you can send production traffic.
What is an international DID number?
A DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number is a phone number in a specific country or city that delivers incoming calls to your VoIP system over the internet, so callers can reach you with a local call.
What is a toll-free number?
A toll-free number is free for the caller; the number holder pays for the incoming call instead. Rates vary by country and by whether the caller is on a fixed or mobile network.
How can a carrier request interconnection?
Send us a carrier inquiry with your company details, traffic interests and destinations. We share our onboarding requirements, agree commercial terms, exchange technical details and run test calls before going live.
How does the reseller program work?
Approved resellers buy services from Alhaan LLC and sell them to their own customers at prices they set, using a reseller control panel to manage customers, rates and usage.

Some countries require the end user's name and business details, ID or passport, company registration, a local address in the number's area, recent proof of address and a signed registration form. Requirements differ by country.
