Privacy Policy

Draft for legal review. This policy has not yet been approved by qualified counsel. Items in [square brackets] must be completed or confirmed before publication.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Alhaan LLC (“Alhaan”, “we”, “us”). For privacy questions, contact info@alhaanllc.com or write to 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. [Confirm the legal entity, registered office and any data-protection representative.]

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiry and contact forms: name, company, business email, telephone, country, and the details you include about your requirements (for example destinations, number types, server specifications).
  • Applications and onboarding: company and contact details, and — where required for numbers or services — identity documents, company registration and proof of address.
  • Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.

Information created when you use our services

  • Call detail records (CDRs), usage, billing and account data.
  • Call recordings, only where a recording feature is enabled by the customer.
  • Technical data such as IP addresses used for interconnection and server access.

Website data

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations. [Update this section if analytics or cookies are added — a consent mechanism may then be required.]

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
  • To verify customers and meet number-registration and regulatory requirements.
  • To provide, bill and support our services.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful traffic.
  • To comply with legal obligations and lawful requests.
  • To send service information and, where permitted, business communications you can opt out of.

[Counsel to confirm legal bases for processing where GDPR/UK GDPR or similar laws apply — e.g. contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent.]

4. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with:

  • Carriers, number providers and regulators, to provision and register numbers and route calls.
  • Data-center and infrastructure partners that host our platforms and customers’ servers.
  • Service providers such as email, billing and payment processors.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

[List principal processors / categories and international transfer safeguards.]

5. International transfers

Because our services are international, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers. [Counsel to specify mechanisms.]

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, regulatory and dispute-resolution requirements. Website inquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted after [period to be confirmed]. CDR and billing retention periods follow applicable telecom and tax rules. [Confirm periods.]

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive identity documents through the website forms; we provide a secure channel during onboarding.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@alhaanllc.com. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

9. Call recording and consent

Customers who enable call recording are responsible for giving notices and obtaining consent required by law in the relevant jurisdictions.

10. Marketing communications

We send business marketing only where the law permits, and every message includes a way to opt out.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
