Global Numbering

International DID & toll-free numbers

Give customers a local or free-to-call number in the markets you serve, and deliver every call to the system your team already uses.

Voice origination

Number types

Alhaan LLC supplies virtual numbers for inbound voice. Calls arrive from the public telephone network and are delivered to you over VoIP.

DID & local numbers

Geographic numbers tied to a city or area code. Callers pay a local rate, and you gain a local presence without an office there. DID (Direct Inward Dialing) numbers ring straight through to your system.

National numbers

Non-geographic numbers that represent a country rather than a city — useful for organisations serving customers nationwide.

Toll-free numbers

Free for the caller. The number holder pays a per-minute rate that varies by country and by the caller’s network (fixed or mobile). Ideal for sales and support lines.

Business virtual numbers

Numbers for sales, support and marketing lines, routed to a hosted PBX, contact center, softphone or mobile — so your team can answer from anywhere.

Mobile numbers and SMS-enabled numbers may be available in selected countries on request.

Inbound call routing

Deliver calls where your team works

Inbound calls are converted from the public telephone network to VoIP and delivered to the destination you choose. Combine numbers with our Hosted IP-PBX for auto attendants, transfers, hold music, conferencing and department routing.

  • Your SIP trunk, PBX or SBC (IP or SIP URI)
  • Alhaan Hosted IP-PBX or contact center queues
  • A softphone or desk phone
  • Forwarding to another phone number, where available

Country coverage

Coverage confirmed per request

We source geographic and national numbers across many countries and cities, including toll-free in selected countries. Inventory changes frequently, so we confirm availability, pricing and lead time for your exact countries and cities when you ask — and can often source numbers for cities that are not in stock.

This website does not show live number inventory. Use the number inquiry form and our team will check availability with the relevant carriers.

Activation & compliance

Documentation and regulatory approval

Many countries regulate who may hold a phone number. Where required, we collect end-user details and pass them to the local carrier for approval. A number may not be activated until those details are approved.

Documents that may be required

  • Name, business name and contact phone numbers
  • Copy of passport or national ID
  • Company registration certificate (for business registrations)
  • A worldwide address, and a local address in the same country, area or city as the number
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill no older than six months
  • A signed end-user registration form (provided during registration)

Exact requirements differ by country and number type.

DID & toll-free FAQ

What is a DID number?

A Direct Inward Dialing number is a real phone number that delivers incoming calls to your VoIP system over the internet rather than to a physical phone line.

Who pays for calls to a toll-free number?

The number holder. Callers dial for free, and the holder pays a per-minute rate that depends on the country and whether the caller uses a fixed or mobile network.

How long does activation take?

It depends on the country and number type. Numbers that need no registration can be quick; regulated numbers wait for local carrier approval. We confirm the expected timeline with your quote.

Can I make outbound calls with the same number?

Displaying a number as caller ID on outbound calls depends on local rules and the route used. Ask us about your specific countries.

Can I port my existing numbers?

Number porting is handled case by case. Contact us with the country and current provider.

Add specific cities or area codes if you need local numbers.
