Wholesale Voice Platform

Wholesale voice connectivity for carriers and service providers

IP-to-IP voice termination, origination and SIP connectivity — with routing and rating handled on our platform so you can focus on selling to your customers.

Overview

Carrier-to-carrier voice without the operational burden

Running international routes means managing suppliers, testing quality, rating calls and reconciling invoices. Alhaan LLC’s wholesale platform takes on much of that work for small and medium carriers and service providers. You connect once over IP; we route your traffic to suppliers we have evaluated, and bill per minute.

We compare supplier standards, maintain a supplier database and keep long-term relationships with providers we trust, aiming for stable service over time rather than one-off cheap routes.

  • Carriers and operators

Services

Wholesale voice services

Wholesale voice termination

Send outbound calls to fixed and mobile destinations through our platform. Choose the route tier that matches your customers’ expectations and price point, and change it as your traffic evolves.

International voice termination

Reach international destinations — including harder-to-reach markets — through routes to incumbent operators or carefully screened local carriers, where available. Coverage is confirmed per destination when we quote.

International voice origination

Receive inbound calls on local, national and toll-free numbers in other countries, delivered to your switch over SIP. See DID & toll-free numbers.

SIP trunking & wholesale VoIP

Standards-based SIP trunks for your softswitch, PBX platform or application. Capacity, authentication and codecs are agreed during onboarding.

Routing & quality

Quality you can measure

Wholesale voice quality is judged on a few well-known metrics. We monitor them on our routes and discuss them openly with customers.

ASR — Answer Seizure Ratio
The share of call attempts that are answered.
ACD — Average Call Duration
Short averages can signal poor audio or false answer.
PDD — Post-Dial Delay
Time from dialling to ringing; lower is better.
CLI delivery
Whether the caller ID reaches the called party, where required.

Technical onboarding

How interconnection works

Every connection is configured and tested before production traffic.

  1. Commercial setup

Company verification, agreement, payment terms and your first rate sheet.

  2. Technical exchange

Signalling IPs, ports, transport, codecs, number formats and capacity.

  3. Test calls

Test traffic to agreed destinations; both sides check quality and CDRs.

  4. Go live & review

Production traffic with ongoing monitoring and regular rate updates.

Interconnection methods

Typical requirements we discuss at onboarding:

  • SIP over UDP or TCP (TLS where supported)
  • IP-based authentication
  • Common codecs such as G.711 and G.729
  • E.164 number formatting and agreed prefixes

Supported options are confirmed per customer.

Commercial models

  • Per-minute pricing by destination and route tier
  • Prepaid or postpaid, subject to credit approval
  • Regular rate-sheet updates with notice periods
  • Bilateral arrangements for carriers

Terms are set out in your service agreement.

Wholesale voice FAQ

What do I need to connect?

A SIP-capable switch, softswitch or SBC with a static public IP address, plus a signed agreement and completed company verification.

Can I test routes before sending live traffic?

Yes. Test calls to agreed destinations are part of onboarding, so both sides can confirm quality and billing before production.

Do you publish rates on the website?

No. Wholesale rates change frequently and depend on route tier and volume, so we share rate sheets directly after onboarding.

What traffic is not accepted?

We do not accept fraudulent, unlawful or unsolicited traffic, including illegal robocalls, artificially inflated traffic or caller-ID spoofing. See our Terms of Service.
